If you’re not in San Diego County, or even the United States, please call us first at our numbers above to report the lost or stolen card.
All of our cards include Mastercard Global Service™ which provides 24/7 customer service assistance with Lost and Stolen Card Reporting, Emergency Card Replacement, Emergency Cash Advance, as well as assistance with locating ATMs. With this service, you can have a temporary card mailed to you within one or two business days that will give you limited access to your funds until you can return home and get a new permanent card.
