Information Collected by Mission Fed

When you use our Mobile or Online Banking services, we may collect the following:

  • Personal Information: Information such as your name, email address, user identification (“User ID”), address and phone number to help facilitate the ease of your transactions.
  • Financial Information: Your financial institution and payment related information (ex. bank account numbers, debit/ATM card numbers, or credit card numbers) if you provide it to us when you interact with our website, or our Mobile or Online Banking services.
  • Cookies, Device, IP Address, and Other Usage Information: Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience and the functionality of our website, analyze site usage to understand how consumers use our website and monitor responses to our marketing and advertising efforts. When you use our website, you agree that cookies will be stored on your device. We may collect information about your use of our website, our Mobile or Online Banking services. For example, we may capture your device identifiers, your operating system, the browser you use, and the IP address of the device you use to access our website or our Mobile or Online Banking services.   • Activity Monitoring: Mission Fed has partnered with LivePerson, Inc. to offer a chat feature on our website, mobile, and online banking applications. All data provided when you visit our website, including chat sessions, images, videos, audio, and other interactions may be monitored, recorded, transcribed, or received by us and our service providers for training, analytics and other routine and lawful purposes. We may also monitor and collect data on your browsing history before you access our chat features. We do not control LivePerson’s collection, storage, use and subsequent disclosure of your information to third parties, including its service providers. Prior to using our website, mobile application, or the chat service, please review LivePerson’s privacy policy for more information regarding its use, disclosure, and processing of your personal information.   • Zelle: Our mobile banking application, with your consent, accesses the contacts information stored on your mobile device. This information allows you to send or receive funds using the Send Money with Zelle® feature of the app (Zelle). If you would like to use this feature of Zelle, we need to receive permission to access your contacts. With your first use of Zelle, a pop-up will appear when you go to add recipients from your phone contacts. Clicking the “Allow” button will authorize our access to your contacts. Sharing of the list of contacts is optional and you may disable this at any time.

Use of Personal Information

We may use or share the information we collect from you for any of the following purposes:

  • Marketing/Prospecting: to market or advertise our products and services to you;
  • Operation of Website/Mobile App:: operation and management of our website/mobile app including displaying information to you; facilitating transactions and communicating and interacting with you via our website and mobile app;

Categories of Third Parties With Whom We May Share Information

  • Governmental, law enforcement or regulatory authorities or agencies (when required to do so);
  • Accountants, auditors, lawyers, and other external professional advisors, subject to written agreements and confidentiality clauses;

Our website, mobile, and online banking services are not intended for or directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect the personal information of anyone under the age of 13 years old without parental consent.
