Father Joe’s Villages Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week

1 in 3 San Diegans are nutrition insecure.

No one should have to worry about whether they will have food on their plate or a roof over their head.

Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week is observed annually to raise awareness for the pervasiveness of hunger and homelessness and to encourage communities to take action to address these issues through direct action.

From November 15-19, Father Joe’s Villages and Mission Fed are coming together to draw attention to the oft-intertwined problems of hunger and homelessness through education, advocacy, participation in local events, donation, and activation through volunteering.
