Do you take cream with your banking?

June 12, 2015 | Jeanine Dodman

Life is full of options, and so is the way in which you handle your finances. The who, what, where and how you do your banking has as many variations as your local Starbucks. Each morning you can get your coffee to go, or sit in the café and enjoy music and people watching. Your cup of fresh brew comes in a variety of flavors, with or without cream/milk/soy, and on top of that, do you want it hot or cold? Lots of choices!

Like Starbucks, finding the optimal way to do your banking is often through the “trial and error” method of exploring the various options to see what works well for you and what doesn’t. Of course, the traditional method of calling up your local Mission Fed Branch to schedule an appointment with a representative, or just dropping by to process a simple transaction, is still alive and well, and in my opinion, provides you with the most personal and interactive encounter.

If it’s a quick withdrawal of cash or a check deposit, while we’d still love to see your smiling face at one of our branches, you may find that it’s more convenient for you to visit a fee-free CO-OP ATM or make a Mobile Deposit on your Mission Fed Mobile App. And if free time is a rare commodity for you—as it is for so many of us today—Online Banking and Mobile Banking Apps are great ways to access your accounts quickly and easily from your phone or computer.

If you’re looking for information about products and services so that you can make an informed decision, Mission Fed again offers numerous options. You can call and speak with a knowledgeable representative at our Contact Center, pick up brochures at one of our 27 branches, browse our website or use WebChat, or send us a secure message through Online Banking. With any of these, we can provide you with more information on the services that would work best for you.

As your financial privacy is our priority, we recommend that if you want details on your account, please visit a branch, give us a call or send a secure message through Online Banking.

Here at Mission Fed, we don’t serve you the way WE feel is best—we serve you the way YOU wish to be served. So, we provide a variety of channels that allow you quick and easy access to your account, to information and to Mission Fed representatives—all to help you make important financial decisions. You know exactly how you like your coffee, so tell us how you like your banking, and we’ll be happy to assist you. We know that you have many choices, and we want to thank you for selecting Mission Fed.
