SAN DIEGO, CA – Mission Fed Credit Union, San Diego’s largest member-owned, not-for-profit, full-service financial institution exclusively serving San Diego County, has been named the 2020 Top Workplace in the large company category by The San Diego Union-Tribune AND won Spotlight Awards recognizing Diversity and Leadership. The recognition is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey conducted by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection.
