Requirements:
- All Account holders must be present for video chat
- Two forms of ID (with current address)
- State identification card (such as a driver’s license)
- U.S. passport book/card or foreign passport book/card
- Military identification card
- Resident alien card
- Matricula consular card
- Social security number/card or Individual tax identification number (ITIN)/card
- Current physical and mailing address
- Date of birth
- Account Type must be for personal use (not business use)
After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details on how to join your virtual meeting.
