Why Members Come Into a Branch

Mission Fed bell with five stars.

Mission Fed members think of us as their one-stop financial services provider. Every day, members come into a branch to ask about or set up new credit union Business Accounts, Checking Accounts, Savings Accounts, Auto Loans, Home Loans, Insurance and more, all with superior customer service. Everything we do is driven first by understanding members’ short- and long-term needs, then caring for their needs in the way that’s most effective and convenient for them.

The one on one customer service experience is alive and well at Mission Fed. Our members aren’t just people who bank with us, they’re our neighbors, friends, family and members of the community we serve. Building a strong relationship with our members, so we can best serve their needs, is just one of the many ways we deliver personal customer service. Your success is our bottom line, and we’ll be here to help you every step of the way.

Members can visit any of Mission Fed’s 30 convenient branches located throughout San Diego County. All of our branches offer knowledgeable and friendly representatives who are happy to help you with your financial care over a cup of coffee. And, some Mission Fed branches offer clean and easy-to-use coin machines with fee free depositing up to $500 per month.

When we say “Your success is our bottom line,” we mean it and Mission Fed Members agree. Check out these 5-Star Yelp reviews from real Mission Fed members below.
