Mission Federal ArtWalk Sweepstakes Official Rules

  1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
  2. Sponsor: Mission Federal Credit Union (“Mission Fed”), a federally chartered credit union with a principal office located at 10325 Meanley Dr., San Diego, CA 92131, is sponsoring the “Mission Federal ArtWalk Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”).
  3. How to Enter: Visit any ArtWalk Information Booth or Mission Fed Booth during the ArtWalk Festival on April 26 – April 27, 2025 for an Entry Form. Entrants must fill out an Entry Form to enter the Sweepstakes. Entry forms will not be available at Mission Fed Branches. Entrants must turn in their Entry Form at the Mission Fed Booth located in the Piazza Della Famiglia to enter. One entry per person. Entries become the property of Mission Federal Credit Union and will not be returned.
  4. Prizes and Odds of Winning: Grand Prize (1) – Surfboard painted with custom art design by Mission Fed ArtWalk artist LaMonte Lamoureux – valued at $3,500. Runner-up Prize (1) – Massage Envy gift card valued at $250. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of entries received. Prizes are nontransferable. Subject to availability. The art depicted in the marketing pieces are samples of ArtWalk artists’ work and are not the actual sweepstakes prize artwork.
  5. Drawing: Mission Fed will randomly draw the name of a potential winner from the eligible entries no later than May 16, 2025. In the event of uncertainty as to the identity of an entrant, the entry may be void. The potential winner will be contacted by telephone and must claim the prize within two (2) weeks of the drawing or an alternate winner will be selected. For the name of the winner send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Mission Fed ArtWalk Sweepstakes 2023 Winner, Mission Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 919023, San Diego, CA 92191-9023. All federal, state and local laws apply.
  6. Eligibility: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must be a lawful, permanent resident of the U.S. or the District of Columbia. You must also be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Winner must be able to provide verification of identity and age. By entering this drawing, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Mission Federal Credit Union. Employees of Mission Federal Credit Union, affiliates and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate or win. Immediate family members include: spouse, domestic partner, cohabitants, parents, grandparents and great-grandparents, children and grandchildren, brothers and sisters, mother-in-law and father-in-law, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, daughters-in-law and sons-in- law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and first cousins (that is, a child of an aunt or uncle). Adopted, half, foster and step children are also included in immediate family. Drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  7. Liability and General Rules: Entrants agree to hold Mission Fed and each of its officers, directors, employees, members, representatives and agents harmless from any liability arising from participation in the Mission Federal ArtWalk Sweepstakes. Mission Fed is not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, injury, property loss or other damages arising from, or in connection with, acceptance or participation in this sweepstakes. Further, Mission Fed is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, lost, incomplete, illegible, late, misdirected, stolen, or mutilated entries or other materials or bona fide human processing errors. Mission Fed reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules and regulations, who tamper with the entry process, or who make any misrepresentations relative to this drawing. Mission Fed shall have the absolute right to determine if an entry is in compliance with these Official Rules without notice to the person attempting to enter.
  8. Tax issues: All federal, state, or other tax liabilities, including income taxes, arising from this Sweepstakes will be the sole responsibility of the winner and recipients may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9.
  9. Publicity Authorization: The winner agrees to permit Mission Fed to utilize their name, city/state and likeness in promotional and other Mission Federal Credit Union materials, without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
  10. Miscellaneous: Mission Fed reserves the right to suspend or cancel the promotion or modify these Official Rules as necessary for any reason or as required by applicable law. Mission Federal Credit Union reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify from the promotion, and ban from any future promotions, any person they believe to have intentionally violated these Official Rules or tampered with any element of the promotion without notice to the disqualified or banned person.
