To Our Mission Fed Community,
At Mission Fed, our purpose has always
been simple—put people first. It’s a
commitment that guides every decision
we make and shapes how we serve our
members and support our communities.
In 2025, that focus showed up in a very
clear way: helping our members succeed
financially and making their lives easier.
By simplifying how members manage
their money, expanding access to advice
and education, and offering support
tailored to key moments in their financial
lives, we helped members move forward
with confidence. Whether it’s managing
everyday finances or planning for important
life moments, our goal is to make things
simpler, more accessible, and less stressful.
That commitment is also why more people
are choosing Mission Fed. In 2025, we
welcomed more members into Mission
Fed than ever before, growing to nearly
327,000 across San Diego County. That
growth reflects something we never take for
granted, the trust people place in us to help
them reach their goals, navigate important
moments, and plan for the future.
Earning that trust means showing up in
ways that truly make a difference. In 2025,
we delivered $1.96 billion in loans and saw
deposit balances increase by $448 million.
These milestones represent more than
strong performance. They reflect members
buying homes, building savings, managing
everyday needs, and taking steps toward
greater financial confidence.
We also continued to invest in how
members experience Mission Fed day to
day. In 2025, more than 216,000 members
successfully transitioned to our new
Online and Mobile Banking platforms,
creating a more seamless and intuitive
experience. While digital innovation
remains important, our commitment
to personal connection remains just as
strong. Our teams continued to provide
support across our 34 branches, completing
over 18,000 personalized member
consultations to help members navigate
life’s financial decisions with confidence.
That focus is reflected in our 4.8 out of
5 average member feedback score, a
testament to the care our teams bring to
every interaction.
At the same time, we strengthened our
efforts to protect members. Through
proactive fraud mitigation and enhanced
security measures, card fraud, Zelle®
losses, and check fraud all declined
in 2025, helping members feel more
confident in their everyday transactions.
Beyond financial services, we remained
deeply committed to our community. In
2025, we invested more than $1.4 million
into local nonprofits and initiatives across
San Diego County. From supporting
education and advancing financial wellness
to partnering with organizations serving
diverse and underserved communities,
these partnerships reflect who we are
and the role we’re proud to play in the
communities we serve.
As we look ahead, we’re inspired by what
we’ve accomplished together and energized
by what’s still to come. We remain focused
on outstanding service, helpful advice,
thoughtful growth, continued innovation,
and strengthening the relationships that
have defined Mission Fed for 65 years.
Thank you for being part of Mission Fed.
Your trust is what makes everything we
do possible, and we’re honored to grow
alongside you.
