Mission Fed Moments come in all shapes and sizes, and we’d like to think they are the reason members stay with us and an important factor in why new members come over to see what’s different about Mission Fed. Mission Fed Moments can be life changing, exciting, sad or the beginning of a new chapter. Let us help you achieve your first Mission Fed Moment and accomplish your financial goals together.
Mission Fed interviewed local business and nonprofit leaders to discover how their career goals had changed from when they were children. While childhood goals sometimes played a part, these leaders were also influenced by how they grew up as well as what they discovered about their strengths and weaknesses over time. Read on to discover how these leaders’ ability to adapt and pay attention to their passions was influential in helping them succeed in their careers.
At Mission Federal Credit Union, we’re pleased to partner with local nonprofits to help give back to the San Diego community by supporting local youth and helping to provide financial education. Our community mission is to improve financial literacy among San Diego youth and to help give back in ways that make a positive impact on the community we love. Read more to learn about some of our partners and how they benefit our San Diego community.

Credit unions offer many of the same services that traditional banks offer, but because they are not-for-profit cooperatives, profits are redistributed to customers in the form of lower rates. Come to a branch to see why so many San Diegans are lifelong credit union customers!

Heart disease is the number one health threat to women. That’s why Mission Fed has partnered with CBS Channel 8 on their 8’s Go Red for Women project to support the San Diego Division of the American Heart Association. And now through February 28, you can help support Go Red for Women by making a donation at any Mission Fed branch.

Mission Federal Credit Union gives back to the communities where our members live and work by partnering with educational and other nonprofit organizations. Giving back is not just what we do; it’s who we are, and that’s why we created Mission for Nonprofits.
