Leading the Way with Member Satisfaction
The success of any business depends on satisfied customers—and Mission Federal Credit Union goes above and beyond for our customers, who we call members. At Mission Fed, our members’ success is our bottom line. We believe in committing to leadership qualities like investing in our members and caring for our community because we value meeting our community’s needs. This isn’t only because we regard our members so highly—we also believe in putting people before profit. Additionally, since we’re a member-owned credit union, our members are also owners, so when our members are successful, so is Mission Fed.
We’re focused on meeting members’ needs, and we believe in giving back to them in a variety of ways to show our appreciation for being a part of the Mission Fed family. Initiatives like the yearlong $1 Million Mission Fed Money Match allow us to thank our members for choosing to bank with Mission Fed by matching Auto and Home Loan payments or Direct Deposits for members each month, or by matching daily Debit or Credit Card purchases for members. Enjoy sweepstakes like our recent Mission Fed Moment Valentine’s Day Date sweepstakes, where members could enter to win $500 for a dream date! Members can also get extra cash by referring a friend, family member or neighbor to Mission Fed through our Refer a Friend program, running now through the end of March. This program allows both, you and the person you refer, to earn $40 when they open a Checking Account, and meet certain criteria, at Mission Fed.
Mission Fed is a vibrant community partner, helping to do our part to improve the San Diego County community and our member experience over the phone, in a branch or online. We started as a credit union for educators, and we have maintained our commitment to education over the years. We believe in giving back to our community through strategic partnerships with local schools and other nonprofits. We like to thank our members and community simultaneously! Open a new Checking Account and mention our Mission for Our Schools or Mission for Nonprofits programs, and $25 will be gifted to the new member and to the approved nonprofit or participating school of the member’s choice. This is just one of the ways we say thank you for being a part of our mission and helping us give back to the community we love.
Mission Fed understands how to be a leader in the community, and our members are the reason we’re here. Giving back to our members, and to San Diego County, allows us to say thank you for being a vital part of our financial community. We’re different from traditional banks, and because of our focus on members, we’re proud to say our member satisfaction rates are high. Discover the Mission Fed Difference today. We look forward to seeing you!
