The app has been working fine since last update, but now in the past week or so when I try opening the app in my phone it says; device does not meet minimum requirements, when I went to check for the requirements, my phone does meet them. I also tried uninstalling app and installing it again, but same message pops up. Can someone from Mission Fed help me with this issue, I need to print taxes documents that did not received on regular mail. š Very annoy and stress about the whole situation.

I can't tell you that it's impossible half the time for me to be able to log into this app, and before you ask yes I do input the correct log in information. I even do the unlock the account option, but it keeps giving me an error, try again later to login. It's very frustrating, because I feel like I can never actually check in on my bank account, despite my best efforts.

So now I have to buy a new phone just to use the new app. Even online log in is slow as a snail and it doesn't give an option for depositing your cheques any more. Old app was faster, more efficient and easy to use, user friendly anytime and anywhere. This new app is creating a lot of issues. Now we'll see long lines at locations.
