Increase security by changing your Online Banking username today

According to a recent review of our records, some of our members are using their member ID or account number as their username for Mission Fed Online Banking.

Creating a better username will help increase security. So we encourage you to change your Online Banking username now and it will be automatically updated in Mobile Banking as well. If you have already done this, thank you. If not, please follow the steps below.

Changing your username is easy

  1. Choose a valid username. It must be 8 to 20 characters in length and start with a letter, followed by a combination of letters and numbers.
  2. Log into Online Banking with your current username and password.
  3. Go to your name at the top right corner of the page and click on it to expand the drop down menu, and then click on “Settings.”
  4. Click on the “Security” tab and scroll down to Username under the “Security Information” header and click “Edit.”
  5. Enter your new username.
  6. Click the “Check Availability” button. If your username is not available, please try another username and click the “Check Availability” button again. If your username is available, click “Save Changes”
  7. Answer the two security questions, then click on “Verify.”

Your username for Online Banking and Mobile Banking will be updated!

Thank you for changing it today

Soon we’ll be requiring members to change their username if it doesn’t meet these security guidelines, so we encourage you to go ahead and change yours, if needed, today.

Your success is our bottom line, and that includes assisting you with the security features of Mission Fed Online Banking.
